Our regular business hours are from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Support is available during our business hours by phone (905-524-2001 ext 1), email, or via our support request form. After hours support calls will be recorded and paged to our on call staff as necessary.
NetAccess employs a state of the art monitoring system to keep an eye on all of our servers and network connections. This service is capable of detecting problems as they occur and notifying our staff immediately in case of any emergency.
