NetAccess Growing Despite Economic Downturn

Hamilton, Ontario, Canada - Tuesday, March 17, 2009

Gary Bannister, President and CEO of NetAccess Systems Inc. (NAS) announced today it has acquired Clear Advantage Solutions (CAS), a leading edge network solutions provider of digital phones, IP Cameras and wireless networking products.

Mr. Bannister stated, “The acquisition was part of our strategy to implement our own infrastructure and to expand our offering of Internet based products and services for our clients. He went on to say, “The integration of the CAS products now enables us to deliver new advanced services often with significant cost savings for our clients.”

Mr. Rocco Leo, former President of CAS and new Vice-President of NetAccess is pleased to announce that all CAS staff will form part of the new team at NetAccess. He added, “With this acquisition, we expect NetAccess to double in size within the next two years”.

Dr. Don McNally, VP of Corporate Development is looking forward to providing a whole new suite of products and services to existing and new clients because of the acquisition. “We are now able to provide industrial strength digital phone technology with the reliability and quality of service that our clients have come to expect.” Dr. McNally, one of the founders of NetAccess, goes on to say, “This new service can offer significant cost savings on lines, long distance, and cell usage, while providing superior voice quality and a new feature rich phone system for much less than would be required to implement a traditional phone system.”

NetAccess was incorporated in May of 1993 to provide a full range of Internet services in the greater Hamilton-Burlington area. As Hamilton’s first locally based Internet Service Provider, NetAccess has been a leader in providing Internet services to businesses, organizations and individuals. This quality of leadership has enabled NetAccess to grow steadily through client referrals and active partnerships with area IT/computer service companies.

Currently, NetAccess provides service to more than 5,000 users in over 600 businesses in the greater Hamilton, Halton and Niagara regions.
